Last month, I tried the Grilled Cheese Factory in the Marais. It definitely exceeded my expectations. In addition to a traditional grilled cheese sandwich, they offer about 10 additional more gourmet options. For example, I chose the “Fabrication Chèvre” with Rocamadour and mozzarella cheeses, spinach and fig jam. All sandwiches also come with a side of tomato sauce for dipping. Delicious!
